During second half of the year 2022, several railway undertakings (RUs) joined our systems.

New ORFEUS Users are:
- 3205 Eurorail
- 2585 SBB Cargo International
- 2385 SBB Cargo Deutschland GmbH (connected via 2585)
- 2485 SBB Cargo Italia Srl (connected via 2585)
In addition, 2156 ZSSK Cargo has connected to test environment.

The main activity for ORFEUS evolution in 2022 was development of the new ECN schema version 1.6 to be compliant with TSI TAF data definitions.   
Consequently, this message was proposed as the TAF format for the Consignment Order Message (COM) in form of the TAF Change Request 317.

On request from the RU-IM Telematics Joint Sector Group (JSG) for TSI TAF, RailData is going to establish two Telematic Expert Groups. One for the TAF function Consignment Order (TEG 5) and another for the TAF function Wagon Movement (TEG6). TEGs are permanent groups providing expertise to SMO (Sector Management Office) and JSG for the TAF/TAP maintenance process.

Basel, 2nd May 2022. RailData office is going to move from Basel to Paris - UIC by end of June. Over the last two decades, RailData used the office in Basel in the Makula building in front of the Basel SBB railway station. This year, Raildata decided to abandon this place and move to Paris, where the UIC offered its on-demand facilities.
