Wagon Mileage Redesign

Basel 14th April 2022. RailData runs ISR, which is central system for monitoring of position and status of freight wagons across (most of) Europe.  Above this basic ISR function, there is also module for mileage, which delvers wagon performance data (km done by wagons with some more details). This year, RailData will redesign its Wagon Mileage processing.  
Currently we get these performance data from some self-calculating RUs and partly we calculate these data on behalf of other RUs using information about wagon movements. Results (wagon performance data) are sent based on wagon lists to several wagon keepers only (directly to some ISR Users and to RSRD2).  
After the change of the mileage process, RailData will forward all wagon performance data to the GCU Broker on behalf of RUs who ask for this. 
In opposite way RailData will get wagon performance data from the GCU Broker for all Keepers who want get it via RailData. 
These companies (wagon keepers) need to set RailData as target system for wagon performance data in the Broker. 
RailData will offers to keep existing communication channel and more flexibility in message formats. 
Formally, the RUs and Wagon keepers willing to use these mileage services will need to sign the new ISR-Mileage Agreement.
