On March 20, 2025, the RailData General Assembly, held in Olten, approved significant changes to the organization’s governance structure, prompted by the departure of two key leaders by the end of May.
Mr. Tommy Ransmark, RailData Chairman since 2021, will step down due to retirement after an impactful 20-year tenure with the organization. Mr. Adrien Decruyenaere, RailData CEO, will also depart following a brief but highly successful and dynamic term.
New Leadership Appointments
- RailData Chairman: The General Assembly elected Mr. Mahesh Bhatter (DB Cargo) as the new Chairman.
- RailData Vice-Chairman: Mr. Christophe Lemaire (Rail Logistics Europe) succeeds Mr. Matthias Mäechler in this role.
- Management Board: Mr. Petr Červinka (ČD Cargo) was elected to fill the vacant seat on the Management Board.
To ensure continuity, Mr. Tommy Ransmark will serve as interim CEO until a permanent CEO is appointed and onboarded.
