New RailData Governance

General Assembly of RailData held on 20th March 2025 in Olten approved several changes in the RD management.
Mover of these changes was leaving of two highest representatives of the organisation by end of May. 
Tommy Ransmark, RD Chairman since 2021, resigns due to retirement, after good 20 years activity in RD.    
Also Adrien Decryuenaere, RD CEO leaves after relatively short, but very intense and succesfull mission.      
Members of RD elected Mr. Mahesh Bhatter (DB Cargo) as the new RD Chairman. 
Another change occured at Vice-Chairman position: Christophe Lemaire (RLE) takes it over from Matthias Mächler.
Implication of these moves was free seat in the Management Board, to which Mr. Petr Červinka (CDC) was elected.
Mr. Tommy Ransmark stays at RD as the interim CEO, until a new CEO will be hired and onboarded.
