On December 13, 2023, the RailData General Assembly, held in Brussels, approved new Terms of Reference (ToR) to enhance the organization’s flexibility and efficiency.
Key Organizational Changes
- Management Board: A new Management Board has been established to oversee RailData’s ongoing operations, ensuring service delivery aligns with General Assembly decisions. The Board will provide strategic direction to the newly created CEO position.
- Chief Executive Officer (CEO): Mr. Adrien Decruyenaere has been appointed as RailData’s first CEO. We warmly welcome him to the team!
Leadership Elections
The General Assembly re-elected the following leaders for the next term:
- RailData Chairman: Mr. Tommy Ransmark (Green Cargo)
- RailData Vice-Chairman: Mr. Matthias Mäechler (SBB Cargo)
On December 12, 2023, the ORFEUS Assembly elected Mr. Matthias Mäechler (SBB Cargo) as its new Chairman. Congratulations to Matthias! We extend our gratitude to his predecessor, Mr. Lothar Schneemann, who served as ORFEUS Assembly Chairman for an impressive 11 years since November 2012, contributing significantly to RailData’s success.
The ISR Assembly also re-elected Mr. Petr Červinka (ČD Cargo) as its Chairman for the next term. Congratulations to Petr!
